  1. All coins & collectibles are guaranteed genuine.
  2. Grading by Photograde, and current standards.
  3. 10 day return privilege on Web Page sales, no hassles. Any item returned should be sent via insured or registered mail and must be in same condition as sent.
  4. All  Auction items are sold as Genuine.  
  5. Coins removed from original holders are considered SOLD.
  6. All prices subject to change due to market fluctuations.
  7. All items subject to prior sale, some items are one of a kind.
  8. You must be 21 years of age to purchase WEAPONS from us. You must furnish a statement to the fact.
  9. Payment should be made in US funds. Checks or Money Orders should be made out to Collectors Choice. Customers paying by check should allow an extra 20 days for checks to clear. Payment may also be made using Master card or Visa. Please use our secure order form for ALL ORDERS. Shipping and insurance calculated from the USPS Web Site.
  10. Foreign orders will be shipped Insured or Registered Mail, whichever is most applicable, and will be billed actual cost. Due to matters beyond my control, all foreign orders are shipped at the buyers risk; however, I insure them as best I can, so if they are lost I can recover as much as possible for you.
  11. NO C.O.D. ORDERS.
  12. Sales Tax: Virginia residents add 4.5%.
